Creating a 'Bicinecleta' mobile cinema from recycled parts with Basurama from Madrid.

A Werkbank, Jugendzentrum Jux and Lana Lights initiative. Over 3 full days the participants will build a bicycle capable of carrying a projector together with power and audio equipment, plus create content in the JuxMediaLab to project on the streets of Lana - their own urban projections presentation is on 

Workshop places are limited, early registration is advised.
Max. 15 persons, at the age of at least 14 years.

Questa mostra, esposta a Villa Bassi Rathgeb di Abano Terme e in forma ridotta alla Libreria Zabarella di Padova -con grande successo di critica e pubblico –, viene riproposta all’Oberwirt Lana (BZ). Nei giorni 24 e 26 aprile, la mostra sarà arricchita dalla proiezione sulle strutture architettoniche del ristorante con il lavoro del Parallelo di Padova tratto dalle fotografie dell’autore.

Chris White (Hereford, UK) - "Form: Absent & Present II"
Many of Chris' influences artistically stem from Japanese “Wabi-Sabi” sensibility and the quest for harmony between line, form, process, old and new. All of his designs stem from a keen interest in the understanding and refinement of the design cycle. As we grow older we learn from our experiences and the cycle of life and embed these values to create our own vernacular.

"Odofoto" - Mal Padgett (Melbourne, Australia)
This is a study of often banal locations being transformed into moments of significance determined by a device we would hardly give a second glance to - a car's odometer. Since he bought his car in 2003 Mal Padgett tried to take photos when his odometer showed a multiple of 250 (750, 1000, 1250, 1500, etc.) or at some other significant combination of numbers. This is the first stage of a project that continues to grow by the day.

"Goosh" - Alf Kuhlmann, Michael Wentworth-Bell, Erin Mckimm (Melbourne, Australia)
A short illusionary animated sequence to take the viewer away from the simple structure the audience is looking upon, yet influenced by the architecture of the and original purpose of the building the sequence is being projected on to. More details coming soon.

"RESONANTIA - The Anatomy of a Building" - Peter#KOMPRIPIOTR#Holzknectt (Bozen) & Alex Rowbotham (Lana)
Surrounded in resonance as we all are from birth to death, where everything reflects back to us through sound and image. Naturally the acoustic sense is strongly connected with the limbic system as visual reflections enter our consciousness.  In a sense we are catalysts and are in resonance with our acoustic and visual environments, in all that we encounter.

"Street Straight into the Camera" - Il Parallelo - Francesco Lopergolo, Ferdinando Fasolo (Padova)
This projection was first shown in Padova for the launch of a new book and exhibition of the same name by Ferdinando Fasolo. The exhibition is displayed in the Oberwirt restaurant.
Ferdinando Fasolo è un fotografo che da anni segue con molta attenzione l’umanità della nostra vita diventando un intenso esperto della Street Photography.
Street into the camera è un’opera realizzata sulle strutture architettoniche in occasione di una personale del fotografo.
Il racconto si esplica in varie sequenze dedicate all’esame visivo del mondo arabo, alla frenesia della vita in città, alla semplicità del gioco infantile, alla bellezza del vissuto di persone anziane... il tutto arricchito da una colonna sonora che ne accentua le emozioni.

"Gala Gala" - Luce Dipinta and Alex Rowbotham (Lana BZ)
A new version of the original work first created in 2013 as part of the Langer Donnerstag in Lana (which takes place each Thursday evening through the summer, including Ferragosto (15.08.2013). A show celebrating the Gala apple used also for the Blossom Festival in Lana. The Gala apple is traditionally the first variety in the region to be harvested at the end of August.  .
